Golf carts and certain utility-terrain vehicles, shall be allowed on City streets, subject to certain conditions following the application and approval of a permit. The annual fee is $60.00. The owner and each driver must submit copies of their drivers license and sign a hold harmless agreement. Proof of the required insurance must be provided and carried in the vehicle at all times.
